WM10 (born 2008 and later), WM12 (born 2006-2007), WM14 (born 2004-2005), WM16 (born 2002-2003), WM21A,B (open classes), WM40 (born 1978 and earlier), WM50 (born 1968 and earlier), WM60 (born 1958 and earlier), WM70 (born 1948 and earlier)
Registration at the competition centre. No advance entries necessary.
Competitors themselves are responsible for their health!

Course 1 W10, M10 1,5 - 2km
Course 2 W12, M12 2 - 3km
Course 3 W60, W70 3 - 4km
Course 4 W14, M14, W50, M60 4 - 5km
Course 5 W21B, W16, W40 4,5 - 6km
Course 6 W21A, M21B, M16, M50 6 - 7km
Course 7 M21A, M40 8 - 10km
Terrain and map
Terrain: mostly pine forest of park type, dune contours and a lot of forest roads and paths.

Time keeping
SPORTident time-keeping system will be used.
Prize giving
Prizes will be given to top 3 runners in each class . Prize giving ceremony will be held on April 1st during the "Paru sacensibas" competition in Brekši.
Entry fees
Youth (up to 18) – 2 eur,
WM60, WM70 - 3 eur
Others - 5 eur
SPORTident card rent 1 eur
